To ensure a smooth experience for all clients please take a moment to review the cancellation and booking policies below: ✨ Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling • I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will result in a 50% fee charged to the card on file. •Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. ✨ Late Arrivals • If you are running 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened to honor the next guest’s time. The full service fee still applies. • More than 15 minutes late may result in a rescheduled appointment and a late cancellation fee. ✨ No-Show Policy • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. • After multiple no-shows, prepayment may be required for future bookings. ✨ Deposits & Prepayments • A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This goes toward your service, but will be forfeited in the event of a last-minute cancellation or no-show. ✨ How to Cancel or Reschedule • To make changes to your appointment, please use the booking link or text 407-504-1341 directly.
